Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Certification in TABC and Food Handler
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs
- Familiarity with cash handling and Tabit system
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Serve guests at the bar and lounge areas
- Craft and serve high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar workspace
- Promote and upsell liquor and food items
- Comply with local and state alcohol service laws including age verification
- Use Tabit system for cash handling and transactions
- Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service
- Attend Food and Beverage meetings and participate in ongoing training
- Prepare beverage mixers and cocktails according to standardized recipes
- Maintain professional appearance and courteous demeanor with guests and staff
