Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending experience preferred
  • Certification in TABC and Food Handler
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs
  • Familiarity with cash handling and Tabit system
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Serve guests at the bar and lounge areas
  • Craft and serve high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar workspace
  • Promote and upsell liquor and food items
  • Comply with local and state alcohol service laws including age verification
  • Use Tabit system for cash handling and transactions
  • Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service
  • Attend Food and Beverage meetings and participate in ongoing training
  • Prepare beverage mixers and cocktails according to standardized recipes
  • Maintain professional appearance and courteous demeanor with guests and staff
