Job Requirements
- u.s. work authorization
- at least 18 years of age
- experience making classic cocktails
- basic math skills for transactions
- legible handwriting
- strong oral communication skills
- valid operator’s license
- craft cocktail and high-volume bar experience
Job Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- experience in making classic cocktails
- basic math skills including ability to add, subtract and count change
- legible handwriting
- strong customer service skills
- excellent oral communication skills
- valid operator’s license
- experience with craft cocktails and working in high-volume bars
- one year of bartending experience preferred
- wine experience or certification is a plus
Job Duties
- take customers’ food and drink orders
- ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered to each table in a timely manner
- make and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls
- control allocated guest checks by following established check-use procedures and legibly documenting all required information
- process payments from guests and ensure accuracy of guest check and method of payment
- comply with all state and local liquor regulations
- create a pleasurable dining experience for all guests
