Job Requirements

  • u.s. work authorization
  • at least 18 years of age
  • experience making classic cocktails
  • basic math skills for transactions
  • legible handwriting
  • strong oral communication skills
  • valid operator’s license
  • craft cocktail and high-volume bar experience

Job Qualifications

  • at least 18 years of age
  • experience in making classic cocktails
  • basic math skills including ability to add, subtract and count change
  • legible handwriting
  • strong customer service skills
  • excellent oral communication skills
  • valid operator’s license
  • experience with craft cocktails and working in high-volume bars
  • one year of bartending experience preferred
  • wine experience or certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • take customers’ food and drink orders
  • ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered to each table in a timely manner
  • make and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls
  • control allocated guest checks by following established check-use procedures and legibly documenting all required information
  • process payments from guests and ensure accuracy of guest check and method of payment
  • comply with all state and local liquor regulations
  • create a pleasurable dining experience for all guests
