The Bartender role at Pacific Marina Inn - Canoe Hut is a pivotal position that combines proficient mixology skills with exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, the individual is responsible for maintaining the bar area in pristine condition while delivering a welcoming and professional atmosphere to guests. The role demands crafting a wide range of beverages according to guest specifications, including cocktails, beer, wine, and other drinks, emphasizing accuracy and creativity. Processing payments efficiently and maintaining an organized workspace are integral parts of the daily duties. Furthermore, the bartender assists in inventory management by helping to order liquor, beer, and wine supplies, which requires attention to detail and organizational skills. Closing duties are also a critical responsibility to ensure the bar area is secure and adequately prepared for the following day. This on-call position requires availability primarily on evenings with shifts from 4 pm to 2 am on Sundays and Mondays, with flexibility to cover additional shifts as needed.
