The role of Bartender at Highway West Vacations’ Pacific Marina Inn - Canoe Hut is an on-call, non-exempt position that demands a high level of professionalism, hospitality, and bartending expertise. As a vital member of the hospitality team, the Bartender is responsible for managing the bar area in a way that ensures both operational excellence and an enjoyable guest experience. This includes crafting beverages according to guest preferences with precision and flair, maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar, and engaging with guests in a friendly yet professional manner. The role also involves processing payments efficiently and accurately, as well as assisting with inventory management, including the ordering of liquor, beer, and wine.
