Job Description

Delaware North Sportservice is a well-established hospitality and food service company with a rich history and a strong presence in the sports and entertainment industry. They are currently seeking a part-time Bartender to join their team at Homefield Pub and Social located in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This venue, part of the larger Titletown district operated by Delaware North, offers a dynamic and vibrant atmosphere featuring Topgolf Swing Suites and hosting a variety of seasonal events such as sledding and ice skating, making it an exciting place to work for those who thrive in energetic and social environments.

Delaware North has been managing concessions, premium dining, and restaurants at the Green Bay Packers' Lambeau Field and Titletown district since 2012. The company prides itself on its global legacy as a family-owned business with over 100 years of history, and it places a strong emphasis on people—both guests and employees. Joining this team means being part of a diverse, inclusive workplace culture dedicated to personal growth and professional development.

The part-time Bartender role involves delivering outstanding guest experiences by responsibly serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Candidates for this position will be engaged in a fast-paced environment where providing excellent customer service is key. The job includes fulfilling drink orders accurately, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining bar stock. This is a tipped position with an hourly wage of $10.00, not including additional earnings from tips. Work schedules are flexible, covering days, evenings, weekends, and special events, providing a variety of shifts that cater to different lifestyles.

Delaware North offers comprehensive benefits tailored to support both the personal and professional well-being of their employees. These benefits include weekly pay, ongoing training and development opportunities, employee discounts, and flexible work schedules. Eligible team members may also access health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) program with a company match, paid vacation and holidays, paid parental bonding leave, an employee assistance program, and tuition or professional certification reimbursement.

This role is ideal for individuals with at least 18 years of age who have a minimum of two years of front-of-house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting. Experience handling cash and credit card transactions, as well as proficiency with computerized point of sale systems, is required. While no formal high school diploma or GED is necessary, the role demands physical capabilities including standing, walking, bending, reaching, repetitive motions, lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, and tolerating noise levels often present during busy times.

Working at Delaware North means being part of a company that offers unique opportunities across various sectors including sports arenas, national parks, casinos, hospitality, and retail—with paths for career advancement. Their equal opportunity employment policy ensures a respectful and inclusive environment for all employees. If you are excited to be part of game day action and enjoy an engaging work atmosphere, this bartender position at Homefield Pub and Social is an excellent opportunity to grow your hospitality career.
