Demonstrate competency in all steps of service
Maintain accurate knowledge of menu and beverage items
Have desire to build knowledge of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails
Derive pleasure from providing genuine hospitality
Demonstrate professionalism
Have knowledge base of classic and creative cocktails
Can interpret guest desires and bring them to life in liquid form
Able to change a keg
Able to troubleshoot beer system issues
Able to card all guests under 30 years old
Able to lift 30 lbs
Able to stand 8+ hours
RAMP certification

Job Qualifications

Experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of classic and creative cocktails
Ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism
Desire to learn about wine, beer, and cocktails
Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
RAMP Certification

Job Duties

Welcome guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and grace
Prepare and serve drinks including classic and creative cocktails
Maintain accurate knowledge of all menu items and beverage programs
Demonstrate competency in all steps of service
Interpret guest desires and create custom beverage experiences
Troubleshoot beer system issues and change kegs
Adhere to responsible alcohol service including carding guests under 30
