Job Requirements

Pm and weekend availability
ability to stand for long periods of time with periods of moving quickly, bending, lifting and twisting
ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
outgoing, sparkly and friendly personality
attentive to ensure guests receive prompt, friendly and personalized service
knowledge of all menu offerings and prices

Job Qualifications

Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
basic understanding of craft beer with willingness to learn more
outstanding communication skills
ability to work in a team environment to achieve goals and provide top notch service

Job Duties

Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and guests
assess bar guests with their needs and preferences and make recommendations
work as a team to assist in the service of all guests
perform duties and side work to ensure the bistro opens on time
perform all closing functions including side work and cleaning
restock and maintain supplies throughout shift
ensure all orders are correct by ringing them in accurately
proper and accurate cash handling and credit card processing
adhere to all local and state liquor service laws
