Job Requirements

  • At least one year of bartending experience preferred
  • Passion for crafting and personalizing guest experiences
  • Knowledge of wine and spirits
  • Great communication skills
  • Knowledge of credit card and cash handling procedures
  • Possession of Food Handler and Alcohol Serving Certifications if applicable
  • Flexible schedule and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent wine and spirits knowledge
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of credit card and cash handling procedures
  • Experienced in recording accurate tip-out sheets and calculating bill amounts
  • Possession of Food Handler and Alcohol Serving Certifications if applicable
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests and promptly serve food and beverages
  • Pour drinks using standard pour according to specifications and process orders accurately in the POS system
  • Serve food and drinks to guests and fill orders for servers
  • Notify a manager if a guest is becoming intoxicated or rude to others
  • Fill and clean ice bins, clean and empty trash cans, change kegs, stock beer and wine coolers
  • Clean shelving, stainless steel, mixers, cups, blenders, and soda guns
  • Follow uniform and grooming specifications
  • Maintain cooperative communication with support crew and management
  • Unpack deliveries and stock the bar
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed
