Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year bartending experience
Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages
Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic food handling knowledge
Legal age to serve alcohol

Job Qualifications

Minimum one year bartending experience in high-volume bar or full-service restaurant
Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work varied schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Previous food and beverage experience in a hotel or country club setting is a plus
Ability to work with efficiency and accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the bar area
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar
Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests
Manage inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to enhance guest experience
