Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year bartending experience
  • Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic food handling knowledge
  • Legal age to serve alcohol

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one year bartending experience in high-volume bar or full-service restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work varied schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous food and beverage experience in a hotel or country club setting is a plus
  • Ability to work with efficiency and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the bar area
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar
  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests
  • Manage inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to enhance guest experience
