Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year bartending experience in a high-volume bar or full-service restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer
  • Ability to work varied schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately within a fast paced restaurant environment
  • Previous food and beverage experience in a hotel or country club setting is a plus

Job Duties

  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
  • Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with restaurant staff to provide seamless customer service
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
