The individual in this position will provide leadership and foster a culture of respect, learning, growth, and development among team members, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. They will be expected to uphold all policies, standards, and guidelines of The Quin to guarantee consistent quality and service excellence. Key duties include greeting members warmly, ensuring timely and attentive service of food and beverages, preparing cocktails, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the service area, and managing transactions accurately using the Point of Sale system.

Moreover, this role involves actively supporting team members, communicating effectively about member needs and operational concerns, assisting with restocking, and handling member complaints professionally. The person in this position must be knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, specials, and service standards. They must also perform opening and closing duties with attention to detail. The role demands a commitment to responsible alcohol service and adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.

The working environment typically features moderate noise levels with physical demands including standing, walking, sitting, using hands, reaching, lifting up to 40 pounds, and occasional physical activities like stooping or kneeling. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt flexibly to the needs of a fast-paced hospitality setting. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food and beverage service

Job Qualifications

  • prior experience in hospitality or food and beverage service

  • proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • excellent customer service and communication skills

  • leadership or supervisory experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Provide a warm, welcoming greeting to members and guests
  • ensure members are served in a timely manner according to The Quin service standards
  • deliver an exceptional dining experience with high member satisfaction
  • prepare cocktails and mixed drinks according to recipes
  • serve alcohol responsibly within state, local, and store guidelines
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and service areas
  • operate the Point of Sale system accurately
  • assist team members and management as needed
  • communicate effectively regarding member needs and operational issues
  • restock supplies and alert management of shortages
  • prepare and submit close out paperwork accurately
  • address health and safety concerns immediately
  • perform opening and closing duties as assigned
  • assume responsibility for quality of services
  • fill in for other outlets or positions as needed
  • assist in investigating member complaints
  • assume additional tasks assigned by supervisors or managers
