Job Requirements
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Bartending experience
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- This is a mid/pm position with shifts starting between 10am - 5pm
- Flexibility is required based on business needs including potential overtime, holiday and weekend shifts
Job Qualifications
- Bartending experience
- Knowledge of mixology and bar equipment
- Understanding of state and local alcohol serving laws
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Physical stamina to lift moderate weights
- Flexibility to work mid to evening shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide libations and customized drink recommendations
- Maintain an attractive and clean bar environment
- Adhere to state and local serving guidelines
- Stay updated on the latest mixology trends and bar equipment
- Engage with guests in casual conversation to enhance their experience
- Collaborate effectively within a diverse, team-driven environment
- Ensure sanitation standards are consistently met
