This immersive community blends innovative design and enchanting storytelling to create a magical environment where residents can enjoy a lifestyle filled with wonder, convenience, and the hallmark quality associated with Disney. As part of the Disney family, Cotino offers an extraordinary living experience showcasing personalized services and curated events that foster a strong sense of connection among residents, also known as Artisan Club Members, and their guests.

In this role, you will prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages including cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits while maintaining strict adherence to quality and presentation standards. You will also provide knowledgeable recommendations and answer guests’ questions, ensuring each drink matches their preferences and dietary needs. Working primarily in the Artisan Club’s indoor and outdoor dining spaces, you may also support special events and catering operations that require seamless beverage service. This role emphasizes personalized guest engagement, requiring you to cultivate lasting relationships with repeat visitors by offering attentive, friendly, and professional service.

At Cotino, the safety and well-being of guests are paramount, so you will be responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding alcohol service, including recognizing signs of intoxication and managing situations responsibly with management support. Your ability to efficiently handle point-of-sale transactions and maintain a clean, well-stocked bar environment will contribute to the smooth operation of the club and enhance the overall guest experience.

The pay rate for this position in California is $27.00 per hour plus tips, reflecting the importance of skill and expertise required. In addition to competitive compensation, Cast Members enjoy exclusive Disney perks and benefits such as discounts and select medical and financial benefits.
