Job Requirements

minimum 18 years of age
high school diploma or equivalent
2 years experience as a bartender in a restaurant setting
ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
continuous bending, reaching, twisting, and use of hands and arms
ability to communicate guest needs to team members
basic money-handling skills
ability to abide by company policies and procedures
ability to uphold brand standards
open availability including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine products

Job Duties

mix and serve drinks to guests directly or fulfill servers’ orders
suggestively sell and upsell retail, catering menus, lunch and dinner menus, liquor, beer, and wine
provide recommendations on various products to enhance guest experience
maintain knowledge of all products sold at Corky’s restaurants
work nights and weekends as required
communicate guest needs effectively to team members
uphold company policies and brand standards
