Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years in fine dining
  • Previous customer service experience a plus
  • Food Handler Certification required
  • Responsible Beverage Service Certification required
  • Minimum of 6 months prior Banquet Server experience

Job Duties

  • Support the overall success of the department by completing tasks relevant to his/her role at the request of team members or any manager
  • Adhere to all service standards as outlined in the Food & Beverage Department Manual
  • Assure compliance with state and local laws and club policies for alcohol service
  • Stock bar and complete pre-opening and closing duties
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
  • Slow and refuse alcoholic beverage service when necessary
  • Execute all charge tickets through POS efficiently
  • Assist in maintaining bar inventory by ordering or requisitioning liquors and supplies
  • Work independently with initiative while promoting teamwork
  • Implement the Banquet Event Orders (BEO) to exceed service and quality expectations
  • Collaborate with service staff and bartenders to facilitate food service
  • Maintain knowledge of POS system, menu choices, specialties, and menu modifications
  • Comply with safety and sanitation requirements
  • Maintain knowledge of daily club operations, events, and operating hours
  • Adhere to grooming and uniform standards
