Job Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years previous bartending experience is required
- Hotel experience is a plus
- TABC/Food Handlers Certification
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be a team player
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Must have physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight, up to 50 lbs
- Must possess a thorough understanding of state and local serving guidelines

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards
- Provide guests with customized drink recommendations and exceptional service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety standards
- Operate bar equipment efficiently and safely
- Support various Food and Beverage outlets including HeyDey Social Club, Tradition: An American Kitchen, in-room dining, and banquets
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their experience
- Adhere to all state and local serving laws and regulations
