Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work a part-time schedule including weekends
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Adhere to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages
- Set up assigned bars including requisitioning and stocking all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produce
- Maintain stock, prepare, cure and store all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality
- Greet guests in a courteous, friendly manner
- Take and/or process orders for drinks, mix, garnish and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes, practice prudent portion control
- Check guests at the bar for proper identification
- Detect and act upon guest inebriation as trained
- Receive cash from guests, make change, verify validity of charges, record charges and ensure vouchers are properly executed
- Lock up and store all beverage product, food, equipment items, deposits and cash drops
- Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards
- Arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display in the bar area
- Wash and sterilize stemware
- Perform other duties as assigned
