- Willingness to learn and master beer and cocktail offerings
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Apply CHEERS behind the bar
- Cheerful prompt greet guests immediately and introduce yourself
- Create a welcoming and attentive bar experience
- Build rapport with guests, learn names, and create connection
- Anticipate refills, food pairings, pacing, and preferences
- Maintain bar flow, cleanliness, and organization
- Close interactions with intention and warmth
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
- Drive sales through confident recommendations and product knowledge
- Maintain bar cleanliness, sanitation, and complete opening and closing duties
- Support servers and front-of-house leadership to maintain service flow
