This position requires a strong knowledge of drink recipes, seasonal specials, and current industry trends to ensure that every guest receives an exceptional beverage tailored to their preferences. The Bartender will also handle cash and credit transactions accurately, adhere to responsible alcohol service policies, check identifications, and monitor guest consumption for safety. Collaboration with servers, kitchen staff, and management is essential to provide seamless and efficient service throughout the hotel.

Job Requirements

  • Certification in responsible alcohol service (TABC)
  • Previous bartending experience in a high-end hotel, restaurant, or cocktail bar setting
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Availability to work varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Able to lift moderate weight, up to 40 lbs

  • Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and wine
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Assist in inventory management, including restocking and ordering bar supplies
  • Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to provide seamless service
  • Follow all hotel safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe working environment
