The Cedars is currently seeking a professional and enthusiastic Bartender to join their team. This role is crucial in providing an exceptional Member experience through attentive and courteous service. The Bartender will be responsible for taking drink orders, preparing beverages with expertise in mixing and garnishing, and ensuring that all service areas are well-organized and clean. They will also maintain accurate records of Member and guest charges and assist with inventory management. The Bartender plays a key role in upholding the community's standards by being attentive to alcohol service responsibilities regardless of members’ transportation modes. Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

Job Duties
- Take orders and provide service and requested items graciously and courteously
- Answer pertinent questions about drink items
- Clear all tableware from tables and bar after service
- Stock, restock, and rotate supplies
- Prepare garnishes for bar use and snack trays
- Maintain all documents necessary to accurately account for Member and guest charges
- Assist supervisor with inventory of supplies
- Responsible for the amount of alcohol served regardless of transportation mode
