Job Description
The Cedars of Chapel Hill is an upscale retirement community located in Chapel Hill, renowned for its commitment to providing exceptional care for seniors and their families. The Cedars is currently seeking a professional and enthusiastic Bartender to join their team. This role is crucial in providing an excellent Member experience, serving as a front-line ambassador who interacts directly with Members and guests. The Bartender's responsibilities include taking orders accurately, providing courteous and gracious service, answering questions about drinks, and ensuring that all beverages are prepared to the highest standard. Moreover, the Bartender will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, stocking and rotating supplies, and preparing garnishes and snack trays. The position also involves an administrative responsibility of maintaining accurate records related to Member and guest charges, as well as assisting in inventory management.
