Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • work experience in a beverage/bar environment

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate effectively with others
  • must be RAMP certified
  • must be able to work in smoke filled environments
  • must be able to work with and understand financial information and data, and basic arithmetic functions
  • must be able to obtain and maintain licensure as required by the State Gaming Agency for the position
  • must have thorough knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program
  • must have full working knowledge of POS
  • required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare beverages for guests and cocktail servers to provide guest service
  • knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishments
  • mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practicing prudent portion control
  • input and control ordering through register during each transaction maintaining accountability as well as receipts to guests for all beverages served
  • responsible for all bank and cash handling procedures and variance policies
  • always maintains cleanliness of guest and work areas including removing empty glasses/bottles and cleaning ashtrays
  • abide by all State, Federal, and Company liquor regulations pertaining to alcoholic beverage service to minors and intoxicated guests
