Job Requirements

Ability to work in smoke filled environment
Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods
Knowledge of cash register and POS operations
Familiarity with bar equipment
Ability to obtain and maintain Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board license

Job Qualifications

Knowledge of operating cash register, MICROS or other POS systems
Familiarity with bar equipment
Fluent in Microsoft Office software products
Excellent team player
Ability to maintain appropriate license through Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board

Job Duties

Demonstrates superior customer service skills to guests consistently

Informs guests of facility hours, promotions, and valuable information

Uses Service Recovery process to resolve guest problems

Prepares drinks with proper portions and ingredients
Operates cash register or POS system accurately
Maintains respectful control over guests at all times
Manages beverage supplies efficiently to maintain low costs
Monitors guest alcohol consumption and intervenes as needed
Works in a cigarette-smoke environment
