Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one year experience bartending in a similar setting
Ability to work late nights, weekends, and special events
Proficiency with POS systems or willingness to learn
Excellent cash handling skills
Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace

Job Qualifications

Proven bartending experience in restaurants, lounges, or nightclubs
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros or ability to learn quickly
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol service
Good organizational and inventory management skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Experience in catering or banquet service is a plus
Genuine passion for hospitality and mixology

Job Duties

Craft classic cocktails and creative signature drinks with precision and flair
Keep the bar clean, stocked, and compliant with health and safety standards
Operate POS system (Toast) efficiently while maintaining service flow
Engage with guests, share cocktail knowledge, and upsell specials
Manage inventory, reorder supplies timely, and maintain stock levels
Collaborate with kitchen staff during peak hours and special events
Handle cash and payments accurately and responsibly
