Job Requirements

Ability to multi-task and perform in high-pressure situations
must be able to walk or stand for extended periods (6+ hours)
must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs, and occasionally 45 lbs or more (e.g., kegs, tables, chairs)

Job Qualifications

Previous bartending experience preferred
must meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol
current Food Handler certification required
current Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification required
TIPS certification preferred or must obtain upon hire
proven record of honesty, reliability, and trustworthiness in handling payments and orders

Job Duties

Greet guests, present menus, answer questions, and take food and beverage orders
accurately process all transactions, including guest and staff orders, ensuring integrity in handling payments at all times
prepare and serve beverages (cocktails, beer, wine, coffee, tea) in accordance with recipes and brand standards
maintain full knowledge of beverage offerings, including spirits, beers, wines-by-the-glass, after-dinner drinks, and non-alcoholic options
create and suggest drink recipes to enhance the guest experience
prepare appetizers and light food items according to recipes and high food safety standards
adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure guest health and compliance with regulations
