Job Requirements

  • Ability to multi-task and perform in high-pressure situations
  • Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods (6+ hours)
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs, and occasionally 45 lbs or more (e.g., kegs, tables, chairs)
  • Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol
  • Current Food Handler certification
  • Current Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification
  • Willingness to obtain TIPS certification if not already certified

  • Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol

  • TIPS certification preferred or must obtain upon hire
  • Proven record of honesty, reliability, and trustworthiness in handling payments and orders

Job Duties

  • Greet guests, present menus, answer questions, and take food and beverage orders
  • Accurately process all transactions including guest and staff orders ensuring integrity in handling payments
  • Prepare and serve beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, coffee, and tea in accordance with recipes and brand standards
  • Maintain full knowledge of beverage offerings including spirits, beers, wines-by-the-glass, after-dinner drinks, and non-alcoholic options
  • Create and suggest drink recipes to enhance the guest experience
  • Prepare appetizers and light food items according to recipes and high food safety standards
  • Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure guest health and compliance with regulations
