The role of a Beverage Server with PENN Entertainment involves delivering exceptional and personalized guest service within its casino environments. Job Duties
- Monitoring guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines
- serving as ambassador of goodwill while working and at customer and public relations functions
- promoting casino events and programs
- providing personalized service and uses guest name
- resolving service problems according to guidelines
- providing fast, friendly, professional beverage service to casino guests and beverage servers
- preparing and pouring drink orders with proper portions and ingredients according to recipe, communicating with beverage servers, and presenting drinks to guests or servers as required
