Team members in this role collaborate closely with beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, and supervisors, necessitating a cooperative and communicative approach. Physical stamina is essential to operate efficiently in a high-energy, often crowded and noisy environment that requires mobility and the ability to handle tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds and navigating confined spaces safely. The position requires the individual to meet professional appearance standards and to be able to respond promptly to both visual and oral cues within the workplace. Furthermore, the role involves exposure to certain environmental conditions including unrestricted second-hand tobacco smoke, which the company manages as part of its health and safety standards.

Job Duties
- Monitoring guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines
- serving as ambassador of goodwill while working and at customer and public relations functions
- appears in publicity photos
- promoting casino events and programs
- providing personalized service and uses guest name
- resolving service problems according to guidelines
- providing fast, friendly, professional beverage service to casino guests and beverage servers
- preparing and pouring drink orders with proper portions and ingredients according to recipe, communicating with beverage servers, and presenting drinks to guests or servers as required
- slicing and pitting fruit as required
- operating and maintaining all equipment and utensils as required in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures
- operating a cash register/POS system, ringing proper amount into the register and giving the guest or server the correct change
- accounting for all cash, charge and complimentary sales according to established procedures
- maintaining integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities
- works well with others, especially beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, beverage supervisor, and slots supervisor
- maintaining a clean and stocked workstation in accordance with established health and safety guidelines
