Job Requirements

  • Ability to handle high volume at the bar while maintaining high service standards
  • Ability to be on your feet for an entire shift
  • Ability to keep up with restaurant business needs

  • Availability to work irregular hours including weekends, special events, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a bartender in a fine-dining environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate
  • Strong knowledge of liquor, cocktails, and wine
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve problems effectively
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Monitor bar inventory and restock supplies as needed
  • Provide attentive and friendly service to guests
  • Collaborate with service staff to meet guest needs promptly
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Assist with opening and closing duties of the bar
