Job Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years to serve alcohol
Ability to stand for extended periods
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to follow hygiene and safety protocols
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work as part of a team
Flexible availability for shifts

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous bartending experience preferred but not required
Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Cheddar's recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar area and guest touchpoints
Engage with guests by providing friendly conversation and excellent customer service
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Manage inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
Handle customer payments and operate the POS system accurately
Promote menu items and specials to guests enthusiastically
