Job Requirements
- Part-time employment
- Minimum 5 years bartending experience in fine dining preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to obtain RBS Certificate within 60 days
- Ability to obtain CA Food Handler's Certificate within 30 days
- Computer literacy with POS system experience
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
Job Qualifications
- At least 5 years' bartending experience in fine dining preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Computer literate with experience using POS systems
- Ability to work flexible evening and weekend shifts
- Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certificate within 60 days of hire
- California Food Handler's Certificate within 30 days of hire
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor guests for signs of intoxication and ensure responsible service
- Operate POS systems for accurate order entry and payment processing
- Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as necessary
- Provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries professionally
- Collaborate with service staff to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
