Job Requirements

  • Part-time employment
  • Minimum 5 years bartending experience in fine dining preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to obtain RBS Certificate within 60 days
  • Ability to obtain CA Food Handler's Certificate within 30 days
  • Computer literacy with POS system experience
  • Availability for evening and weekend shifts

Job Qualifications

  • At least 5 years' bartending experience in fine dining preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Computer literate with experience using POS systems
  • Ability to work flexible evening and weekend shifts
  • Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certificate within 60 days of hire
  • California Food Handler's Certificate within 30 days of hire

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Monitor guests for signs of intoxication and ensure responsible service
  • Operate POS systems for accurate order entry and payment processing
  • Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as necessary
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries professionally
  • Collaborate with service staff to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
