Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to three years of previous bartending experience
- Must be RAMP certified or willing to obtain RAMP certification for employment
- Possess basic knowledge of excellent service standards, guest relations, food and beverage preparations, and etiquette
- Available to work weekends, evening shifts, and major holidays including Easter, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, and special events
- Abide by all laws and company policies regulating alcoholic beverage service
- Mandatory compliance with safety regulations, procedures, policies, and rules
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Arrive punctually in full uniform with a neat and professional appearance at all times
- Frequently wash hands for proper food handling
- Require standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, carrying, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance and in excess of 50 pounds with assistance
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Attend and participate in all training sessions and team meetings
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others while listening and responding appropriately
- Inspect the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies are stocked
- Prepare garnishes, mix, and pre-mixed drinks
- Greet guests with a warm smile to make them feel welcome
- Cater to guests' requests and needs promptly and professionally to ensure superior customer service
- Assess customers' food and beverage needs and preferences and make appropriate recommendations
