Job Duties
- ensure that each guest receives outstanding guest services by providing a warm and inviting environment including greeting and acknowledging every guest
- maintain elevated standards by having product knowledge and understanding the mechanics of service
- prepare wine, cocktails or mocktails with emphasis on Japanese whisky and sake for pairings
- communicate concisely with the general manager and chef de cuisine regarding guest related allergy concerns
- report on time and work the entirety of all services dressed and prepared for service
- complete prep work
- work cleanly and efficiently
- connect with guests and make beverage recommendations
- complete nightly and deep cleaning checklists
- assist with inventory control and reporting low quantities of product
- complete all required trainings as assigned
- assist in other duties as assigned
