Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior bartending experience preferred but willing to train passionate candidates
Strong communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Must be 21 years or older to serve alcohol
Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle bar duties
Willingness to wear Scottsdale style club wear during nightlife shifts

Job Qualifications

Excellent knowledge of mixing garnishing and serving drinks or high willingness to learn
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to keep the bar organized stocked and clean
Experience working in fast-paced and loud environments is a plus
Familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram for marketing purposes
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to crowded situations
Customer service orientation and friendly demeanor

Job Duties

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
Interact with customers take orders and serve food and drinks
Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Check customers identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
