Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Excellent communication and observation skills
Basic math skills
Ability to run cash register
Must be able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
Must comply with state and local laws regarding alcohol service
Ability to handle physical demands of the job including standing and walking for long periods
Must be at least 21 years old

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Excellent communication and observation skills
Easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for guests
Basic math skills
Ability to run cash register
Excellent hand-to-eye coordination
Above average memory
Experience in hospitality preferred

Job Duties

Greet guests in a friendly and cheerful manner while taking their drink order
Prepare drinks using proper recipe and glassware
Serve drinks in a fast, friendly and efficient manner
Keep the bar clean and organized
Direct beverage attendants
Correctly ring up drinks on the register and return correct change
Answer guest questions about the property and events
Monitor guest alcohol consumption levels and intoxication level
Ensure responsible serving only to guests 21 and older
Exemplify core values, family-style service, mission and vision
Exemplify DEI culture
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
