Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Compliance with all health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Provide high quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings
- Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and perform daily cleaning and side work
- Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes
- Accurately answer any guest questions
- Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation
- Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork
- Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment
- I.D all guests and monitor beverage consumption to avoid overserving
- Perform other duties as assigned
