Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Compliance with all health and safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Provide high quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings
  • Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and perform daily cleaning and side work
  • Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes
  • Accurately answer any guest questions
  • Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation
  • Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork
  • Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment
  • I.D all guests and monitor beverage consumption to avoid overserving
  • Perform other duties as assigned
