The successful candidate will be responsible for managing company funds and equipment in an orderly fashion, accurately pouring drinks based on established recipes, and upholding a clean and safe work environment. Job Requirements
- This position operates in a working environment that is subject to varying levels of noise, crowds and smoke, the severity of which depends upon customer volume
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and all levels of employees
- ability to observe and direct actions of bar attendants and to inspect and maintain areas for which responsible
- ability to distinguish between different denominations of currency and make change
- ability to review and comprehend drink recipes and other necessary documentation
- ability to pour cocktails and use all equipment associated with the position, including, but not limited to, cash register and bar equipment
- ability to effectively and efficiently move around bar area
- ability to retrieve supplies and maintain a clean working area
- ability to maneuver and lift up to 10 pounds in order to open and close bar, obtain all supplies necessary for mixing cocktails, and clean and maintain areas for which responsible
