Job Description
The company is a theater looking for a Bartender to join their team. The Bartender's main responsibility is to provide exceptional products with fast and friendly service in a clean environment, ensuring guest satisfaction and representing the Company in accordance with its mission statement and policies. The Bartender must be of legal age to serve/sell alcohol, complete all required training, and hold permits and licenses as per state and local laws.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- completion of cast certification program
- knowledge of laws and legal obligations related to serving alcohol
- exceptional guest service skills
- ability to handle all money and merchandise transactions
- familiarity with sales techniques and promotions
- compliance with safety and dress code regulations
