The Regal Cinema is seeking a Bartender to join their team, responsible for providing exceptional products with fast and friendly service in a clean environment. The Bartender must ensure guest satisfaction and represent the company in alignment with its mission statement and policies.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as a concessionist or progress towards completion required
- legal age to serve/sell alcohol according to state and local laws
- completion of required training and obtaining permits and licenses
- good public speaking and listening skills
- ability to perform calculations accurately and identify errors
- problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure
- excellent communication skills with customers, co-workers, and management
