Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
Ability to stand and move for extended periods
Must be available to work weekends and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must comply with all state and local alcohol service regulations
Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately

Job Qualifications

Outgoing and social personality
Eye for detail
Passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude
Team-player mindset
Previous bartending experience preferred but not required
Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time
Availability to work weekends and holidays as necessary

Job Duties

Provide high quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation and intuitive suggestions
Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and perform daily cleaning and side work
Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes
Accurately answer any guest questions
Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation
Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork
Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment
I.D all guests and monitor beverage consumption as to not overserve
Perform other duties as assigned
