Job Duties
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, espresso beverages, and specialty drinks
- maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- execute recipes consistently and efficiently
- provide excellent guest service and hospitality
- assist with bar prep, garnishes, batching, and opening/closing duties
- support daytime restaurant service as well as occasional private events
- work collaboratively with FOH and BOH teams during busy service periods
