Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of luxury or boutique food and beverage experience
  • ServSafe certification and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification
  • Must maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to eight hours
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 15 lbs continuously and occasionally up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch
  • Requires good listening, hearing, and visual acuity
  • Positive attitude
  • Service oriented

Job Qualifications

  • High school or equivalent education required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of luxury, boutique food and beverage experience in a similar position
  • ServSafe certification required
  • Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification required
  • Must possess strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Knowledge of the practices within the food & beverage hospitality profession

Job Duties

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of classic cocktail recipes, menu items, and any promotional activations
  • Must ensure bartender accountability for liquor pours and cost control
  • Basic knowledge of coffee beverages and use of espresso machine
  • Service guests with all food and beverage requirements in an attentive, courteous manner
  • Upsell food and beverage items to guests
  • Be familiar with the organization of the restaurants, lounges, and room service areas
  • Accurately maintain financial records and processes including closing checks and dropping money
