Job Requirements
- Must be able to walk and stand for up to eight hours
- Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch
- Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 15 lbs on a continuous basis
- Must be able to occasionally lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs
- Requires grasping, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity
- High school or equivalent education
- Minimum of 2 years of luxury, boutique food and beverage experience
- ServSafe and RBS certifications
- Neat and well-groomed appearance

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of luxury, boutique food and beverage experience in a similar position
- ServSafe certification required
- RBS certification required
- Must possess a positive attitude
- Must be service oriented
- Strong interpersonal communication skills

- Knowledge of food and beverage hospitality practices
Job Duties
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of classic cocktail recipes, menu items, and promotional activations
- Ensure bartender accountability for liquor pours and cost control
- Basic knowledge of coffee beverages and use of espresso machine
- Service guests with all food and beverage requirements in an attentive, courteous manner
- Upsell food and beverage items to guests
- Be familiar with the organization of restaurants, lounges, and room service areas
- Accurately maintain financial records and processes, including closing checks and dropping money
- Basic knowledge of banquets and high-volume service during events
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers, refrigerators and storage areas in accordance with federal, state, local and company codes
- Listen to and promptly act to resolve guest issues and requests
- Achieve maximum customer satisfaction
