- three years prior bartending experience required
- high-volume hospitality experience required
- excellent oral communication skills required
- positive interpersonal skills required
- state applicable health and/or alcohol compliance card

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm welcome
- take beverage orders from the restaurant servers or directly from guests
- mix drinks, cocktails, and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with company standards
- ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests
- prepare inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies
- serve food items to guests seated at the bar where appropriate
- demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus, and promotions
- maintain a clean working area by sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of glasses as needed
- provide guidance to guests on hotel activities, dining options, and general hotel and regional information
- promptly report emergencies, accidents, injuries, missing articles, damage, engineering items, and safety hazards to management
- process guest checks and payments in compliance with cash handling, credit card and room charge processing and accounting policies and procedures
- report any deviations from policies, procedures, brand standards and regulations to management
