Job Requirements
- At least 6 months of bartending experience
- Certification or willingness to obtain responsible alcohol service certification
- Legal age for alcohol service
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Basic math skills
- Effective communication skills
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform repetitive motions
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 months experience
- Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Able to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Must be of legal age to prepare, serve, and ring alcoholic beverages
- Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and some holidays
- Certified in (or able to be certified in) responsible alcohol service (as required by state or local law)
- Able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location (verbal and written)
- Stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
- Lift up to 30 lbs (kegs, boxes, bottles)
- Use hands to handle tools, glassware, and garnishes
- Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive wrist/arm motions
- Clear vision for reading orders and handling cash
Job Duties
- Craft and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Engage with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Prepare and restock bar supplies, ingredients, and garnishes as needed
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless beverage service and guest satisfaction
