- Cognitive skills to follow written and verbal directions

- ability to work in diverse climate and environment
- availability to work weekends, holidays, flexible start and end times, and occasional overtime
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- ability to work with the public
- must be at least 21 years of age
- BASSETT certified
- high school diploma
- some experience with serving food and bartending
Job Duties
- Assists with the ordering and stocking of beverage and snack inventory
- responsible for the set up and cleanliness of the bar and dining area
- takes food and beverage orders and handles credit card transactions
- carries food and beverages from the kitchen or bar to the service area
- mixes and serves alcoholic beverages while complying with legal age limits
- works safely and follows sound practices to ensure the safety of staff and patrons
