Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in bar service or hospitality preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to mix a variety of drinks and operate bar equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Open and close the hotel bar following company policies and procedures
Maintain a clean, organized food prep and bar area
Serve and assist guests with precision and hospitality
Mix a wide variety of drinks according to standard recipes
Operate bar equipment such as cash registers, dishwashers, and ovens
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with guests and team members
Answer guest questions about the hotel, local area, and events
