Job Description

Bally's Corporation (NYSE: BALY) is a renowned global casino-entertainment company making significant strides in the omni-channel gaming and hospitality industry. Operating 19 casinos across 11 states, Bally's offers a diverse array of gaming experiences including approximately 17,700 slot machines, 630 table games, and accommodations that cover nearly 3,950 hotel rooms. Beyond the United States, Bally's strategic acquisition of Aspers Casino in Newcastle, UK, has expanded its international footprint, enhancing its status as a major player in global gaming and entertainment. Additionally, Bally's owns Bally Bet, a cutting-edge sports betting platform, Bally Casino, a growing iCasino enterprise, and Bally’s Interactive International, formerly known as the Gamesys Group, which is a leader in worldwide interactive gaming operations. The company also holds a significant stake in Intralot S.A., a global lottery management and services provider, further diversifying its portfolio and market presence.

With a workforce of 11,500 employees, Bally's Corporation not only commands extensive casino operations but also manages a golf course in New York and a horse racetrack in Colorado. Its developments include valuable land in Las Vegas, presenting future opportunities at the site of the former Tropicana Las Vegas. Bally's commitment to delivering world-class entertainment and gaming services is backed by stringent adherence to regulatory and internal standards, ensuring a safe and exciting environment for both guests and team members.

The Bartender role at Bally's Corporation presents an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, customer-focused team within one of the leading casino-entertainment companies. Bartenders at Bally's are essential to creating a memorable guest experience by offering exceptional customer service that embodies warmth, courtesy, and professionalism. A key part of the role includes preparing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely and respectful manner, ensuring compliance with state alcohol laws, and maintaining a clean and well-organized work environment. Bartenders are expected to possess strong knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail preparations, as well as proficiently operate point-of-sale systems with accuracy.

This role demands excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to customer engagement, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team to meet customer service standards. Attention to safety, adherence to company policies, and the capability to manage resources efficiently are integral to success in this position. Bartenders also contribute to the overall operations by serving food and beverages, greeting and seating guests, and performing side work to support the bar and restaurant functions. The employment is typically shift-based, including weekends, nights, and holidays to match the vibrant and often high-paced environment of a casino.

The target salary range for this position is approximately $11.50 per hour, reflecting competitive compensation aligned with the industry and region. Bally's Corporation prides itself on fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace where diversity is valued and new employees are welcomed with opportunities to grow and succeed. Aspiring bartenders joining Bally's Bet on You are offered a platform not just for employment but for career development in an exciting, fast-paced industry. This role is crucial to upholding Bally’s renowned reputation for excellence and hospitality, combining skill, service, and a customer-first attitude to contribute to the success of the company and a superior guest experience.
