- minimum one year bartender experience in a fast-paced environment
- food handler certification

- basic math skills
- availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays

- must obtain and maintain an RV servers permit

Job Duties
- Participate regularly in departmental and company meetings
- smile and provide exceptional customer service while treating guests and coworkers with respect
- prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to specifications and serve them in an orderly and timely fashion
- ensure guests are 21 or older before serving alcoholic beverages by accurately checking guest ID
- have strong knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and mixed cocktails
- properly operate the point of sales system and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- uphold great communication with guests, build rapport, and engage in friendly conversations
- keep the restaurant/bar, storage, and surrounding work area clean, stocked, organized, and safe
- serve food/drinks, greet and seat guests, buss tables, run food/drinks, perform side work, and other normal functions required to service guests
- comply with all rules, regulations, and policies of the food and beverage department
- follow company attendance policy and handbook rules
- complete assignable work tasks requested by departmental leaders
- abide by all state and local liquor laws
- proactively prioritize needs and manage resources effectively
- report any safety hazards, problems, or maintenance issues immediately
- ensure customer service standards are met and retained
- perform other duties as assigned
