Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum one year bartender experience in a fast-paced environment
  • food handler certification
  • must be 21 years of age or older
  • basic math skills
  • availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • effective communication in English both verbal and written
  • must obtain and maintain an RV servers permit

Job Duties

  • Participate regularly in departmental and company meetings
  • smile and provide exceptional customer service while treating guests and coworkers with respect
  • prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to specifications and serve them in an orderly and timely fashion
  • ensure guests are 21 or older before serving alcoholic beverages by accurately checking guest ID
  • have strong knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and mixed cocktails
  • properly operate the point of sales system and maintain a balanced cash drawer
  • uphold great communication with guests, build rapport, and engage in friendly conversations
  • keep the restaurant/bar, storage, and surrounding work area clean, stocked, organized, and safe
  • serve food/drinks, greet and seat guests, buss tables, run food/drinks, perform side work, and other normal functions required to service guests
  • comply with all rules, regulations, and policies of the food and beverage department
  • follow company attendance policy and handbook rules
  • complete assignable work tasks requested by departmental leaders
  • abide by all state and local liquor laws
  • proactively prioritize needs and manage resources effectively
  • report any safety hazards, problems, or maintenance issues immediately
  • ensure customer service standards are met and retained
  • perform other duties as assigned
