Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- previous bartending experience preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills required
- ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures
- ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- ability to speak effectively before customers or team members
- ability to perform basic mathematical operations
- ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
- physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, occasionally crouch or crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to work in moderate to loud and smoke-filled environments
- maintain consistent attendance and professionalism
Job Qualifications

- basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- understanding of relevant laws and regulations
- ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions
Job Duties
- Interact effectively with the public and team members
- perform excellent customer service at all times
- mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures
- mix and serve beverages promptly and efficiently to Beverage/Food Servers at assigned service station
- participate in receiving and issuing liquor and supplies in conjunction with supervisor
- maintain accurate tracking and inventories of spirits and wines
- maintain a neat and clean bar station continuously
- monitor guest needs to ensure all requests are fulfilled promptly
- maintain knowledge of ABC Codes, Dram Shop Act and bartender responsibilities
- complete Alcohol Awareness Training and renew certification every two years
- comply with health and sanitation standards and maintain food safety certification
- maintain knowledge of Gaming and beverage regulations
- participate as a team member to ensure operational standards
- maintain consistent and regular attendance
- perform reasonable requests made by management
