Job Requirements
- Experience in a hotel or related field preferred but not required
- Prior experience in a high volume fast-paced restaurant, bar, or club
- Extensive knowledge on cocktail building, recipes, and proper techniques of bartending
- Has never been dismissed from a bartending position from a former employer
- Must have basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift trays or other items
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must obtain TIP certification within 3 months of employment
- Must check identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Adhere to company policies and legal requirements regarding alcohol service

- Flexibility: willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs
Job Duties
- Sets up a bar with supplies (fruit, garnishes, cocktail napkins, glassware, etc.) and products prior to opening to ensure a smooth flow of service
- Ensures the correct display of products to enhance sales and showcase selection
- Receives and prepares drink orders from guests and servers using standard pours and recipes
- Rings drink orders into registers, collects money and makes correct change
- Provide immediate attention to all guests upon seating, is a good listener and takes genuine interest in enhancing guest relations
- Closes down bar, making sure inventory is locked and secure, bar cleaned and sanitized, and supplies put away
- Assists servers with serving food and beverages when necessary
